The dismantling joint is used to connect pipes or valves with flanges at both ends. The product has the characteristics of adjustable length to facilitate field adjustment during on site installation.

There is 50mm telescopic adjustment between double flange. Adjust and lock the required adjustment through the connect bolt. This product can be quickly dismantled and is very easy to service valves, pumps or instruments. It simplifies the time during the maintenance and alteration in the future pipeline and reduce the downtime in the entire pipeline project. Using only one wrench torque wrench to tighten hish strength features of this range products. In view of the above characteristics, the customer's demand for product inventory has been reduced.

● The nominal diameter of the product ranges is from DN40 to DN2000, and the drilled flange and nominal pressure like PN10/16/25/40. The Customer has some special requirements for the product that can also be designed and manufactured to meet customer requirements.

● Dismantling joint is well install and remove for isolation valve, control valve, check valve, check valve flow measurement valve, pump, pressure relief valve, flange pipe etc..

● Product design and manufacturing in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 system, anti-corrosion materials through the most stringent WRAS certification, can be used for drinking water.

● Dismantling joint coated with WRAS water certified epoxy powder coating, we provide excellent protection from transportation, storage, on-site and corrosion damage. The zinc plated nut and bolt coating is used to provide long-term rust protection.
